@abhealthin You asked for the treating doctor’s letter. I submitted it
Then you again replied we stand by our prior decision and now call it the final resolution.
If the decision was already final, why request additional documents?
This is not grievance redressal this is just a closed loop.
@abhealthin@policybazaar@irdaindia
I submitted the treating doctor’s letter as requested.
SR No. 31611430 was still rejected with the same reply:
“We stand by our prior decision.”
“The claim has been settled as per Policy Terms & Conditions.”

I have already submitted the treating doctor's letter clearly explaining my clinical condition and the medical necessity for the MRI of the Brachial Plexus and Cervical Spine, as requested.
@abhealthin@policybazaar
First you ask for the treating doctors letter.
I submit it.
Then you reply: We stand by our prior decision.
If the claim is not payable, say it clearly the first time.
Stop this repeated drama of asking for documents and rejecting again

@RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial How can ordinary passengers book Tatkal tickets if the official app cannot handle the traffic?
Instead of claiming scsfl digital services, please fix the server capacity and provide a reliable booking experience.
Passengers deserve a working booking system, not repeated err msg.
Indian Railways, is this what passengers are supposed to expect during Tatkal booking?
When thousands of passengers try to book tickets, your official railway app shows: “Request could not be processed due to high load – please retry shortly.”
@RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial
@abhealthin MRI done during admission clearly showed traumatic Right Brachial Plexus injury. Still deducted ₹28,500 calling it “not related” and unnecessary.
I have already submitted the doctor’s clearance and all relevant medical records.
Stop delaying genuine claims with repeated excuses.
@abhealthin MRI dated 05/05/2026 clearly shows swollen & hyperintense right brachial plexus with edema.
When will health insurers stop rejecting genuine claims?
@abhealthin Despite clear MRI evidence of traumatic Right Brachial Plexus injury done during hospital admission after my accident, the insurance company has deducted ₹28,500 calling it “not related” and “unnecessary.”

This is just another new excuse every time.
How many times does the same doctor have to give the same clarification?
I have already submitted the required documents multiple times earlier.
@abhealthin@policybazaar
@abhealthin@policybazaar Now again you’re asking for a letter on clinical status and medical necessity of the MRI of brachial plexus and cervical spine — documents that were already provided.
