Technicals over fundamentals.
Price action tells the story.
The charts show you where the market is positioning before the fundamentals catch up.
Prove me wrong.
One night of bad sleep makes your brain 60 percent more reactive to negative experiences. The amygdala, the brain's threat detector, fires harder without sleep, and the prefrontal cortex, the part that calms it down, goes quiet. The result is a person who overreacts to everything and cannot explain why.
Matthew Walker at UC Berkeley showed this in a 2007 study that scanned the brains of people who had been awake for 35 hours. The amygdala was 60 percent more activated by negative images in the sleep-deprived group compared to the rested group, and the communication between the amygdala and the prefrontal cortex had been severed.
This is why a small comment from a coworker can ruin your morning after a bad night. The brain lost its brake pedal while you were lying awake, and now every emotional signal arrives at full volume with no one at the controls. The comment did not change. Your brain's ability to handle it did.
The study found that the sleep-deprived brain did not just overreact to negative stimuli. It also failed to distinguish between low-threat and high-threat signals. Everything got the same alarm. A slightly rude email and a genuine crisis received the same cortisol response, because the system that ranks threats by severity had gone offline.
The worst decision you make today might not be a thinking error. It might be a sleeping error. The research says eight hours is not a luxury. It is the maintenance cycle that keeps the emotional thermostat working, and skipping it turns the volume up on everything that goes wrong. https://t.co/PxjrdbiOmM
#Bitcoin needs to get over a slightly negative 50 week SMA first before it can go higher.
If it continues to get stuck underneath, it could very well revisit the 20 week SMA below like last time.
None of this matters to me long term.
Warsh comes across very snobbish. Like I am above you not with you. People do not like this. He needs to learn to be more relatable. This isn’t cutting it.
It’s easy to get chopped up rushing aggressively into markets like crypto the moment things start looking better.
Without a long, deep washout beforehand, major trend changes rarely happen cleanly. They take time, chop around, and punish anyone leaning too hard in either direction, bull or bear.
If you take the full bull position early you better be prepared to at least be challenged.
If you sense the trend shift coming, scaling in and accumulating on solid dips while weathering the chop puts you in a good position to stand tough and then flip fully bullish when it becomes an obvious change in trend.
