#SpiderManBrandNewDay is a mixed bag, in my opinion. It has a lot of things to appreciate, but also quite a few things that are disappointing, especially if you go in with high expectations. It’s not as action-packed as No Way Home, but it’s quite ambitious and falls short here and there. All the actors have done their jobs well, but we could have gotten a little more from some of them. The first act is very well done, but then the film loses its momentum, and the climax feels a little bland. I can’t even comment on the post-credit scene. Overall, it’s a film made with love that ultimately fails to fully deliver on its potential.
