Funkcjonariusze Podkarpackiej Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej podczas kontroli na przejściu granicznym w Krościenku (kierunek wjazd do Polski) zatrzymali 46-letnią obywatelkę Ukrainy. Kobieta przewoziła 3 kilogramowe sztabki złota, ukryte w saszetkach pod odzieżą. Złoto zostało wykryte dzięki skanerowi do kontroli osób.Wartość zabezpieczonego kruszcu oszacowano na ok. 1,5 mln zł. Bruksela chce zwolnić polskie drogi. Kolejny pomysł oderwany od rzeczywistości❗

Europejska Rada Bezpieczeństwa Transportu, wpływowa brukselska organizacja lobbingowa, forsuje drastyczne obniżenie dozwolonych prędkości w całej Unii. Postulat brzmi konkretnie: maksymalnie 120 km/h na autostradach, 80 km/h na drogach poza terenem zabudowanym i zaledwie 30 km/h w miastach.

To na razie propozycja organizacji pozarządowej, a nie obowiązujące prawo. Sam apel o zwalnianie wyszedł od Komisji Europejskiej w ramach pakietu oszczędzania energii po wybuchu wojny w Ukrainie. Ale kierunek jest niepokojący, bo takie postulaty mają to do siebie, że najpierw są "sugestią", a po latach wracają jako dyrektywa.

Zastanówmy się, co oznaczałoby 30 km/h w mieście. Cała komunikacja stanęłaby w miejscu, korki wydłużyłyby się w nieskończoność, a kierowca gapiący się w prędkościomierz zamiast na drogę wcale nie jeździłby bezpieczniej. Rodziła by się frustracja związana z absurdalnymi limitami na szerokich ulicach. Absurdalna jest natomiast teza Antonio Avenoso, dyrektora wykonawczego ETSC, który uznał, że „nie ma dziś absolutnie żadnego uzasadnienia dla domyślnych limitów 50 km/h na drogach miejskich”. Kolejny antypolski skandal.

Fala kontraktów miała niebawem ruszyć. Chodzi o Polską firmę TORPOL, która miala wybudować 5 tysięcy km torów.

Co robi rząd? Chce sprzedać tę firmę! Czy kupcem będzie podmiot zagraniczny, np. niemiecki?

Rząd chce oddać kontrolę nad rentowną spółką za 600 milionów, a ta ma 527 milionów w gotówce❗

Torpol. Zapamiętajcie tę nazwę. To polska spółka budująca i modernizująca kolej, w znakomitej kondycji finansowej, która w najbliższych latach ma wybudować nowoczesną sieć torów pod Centralny Port Komunikacyjny. Perła w koronie polskiej infrastruktury. I właśnie ta perła ma pójść pod młotek.

To jest interes, który powinien zapalić czerwoną lampkę u każdego podatnika. Rząd analizuje sprzedaż pakietu 38 procent akcji Torpolu, czyli pakietu dającego pełną kontrolę nad spółką.

Spójrzcie na liczby, bo one mówią wszystko.
◾ Na koniec pierwszego kwartału 2026 roku spółka siedziała na 527 milionach złotych gotówki
◾ W 2025 roku zarobiła na czysto ponad 78 milionów
◾ Portfel zamówień sięga blisko 4 miliardów złotych
◾ Spółka regularnie wypłaca sowite dywidendy

A teraz policzmy, co tu się naprawdę proponuje. Kupujący płaci około 600 milionów za kontrolę nad firmą, która niemal tę samą kwotę trzyma w gotówce w kasie. Innymi słowy, przejmuje rentowny biznes, ogromny portfel zleceń i przyszłe zyski niemal za darmo, bo płaci w praktyce jej własnymi pieniędzmi. Jak trafnie ujęto, będzie to świetny interes. Tylko że dla kupującego, nie dla Polski.

Kto miałby to kupić?

Wskazuje się prywatną grupę budowlaną, która działa na tym samym rynku i konkuruje o te same kontrakty. Nie łudźmy się, że w tle nie może pojawić się kapitał zagraniczny. Oto scenariusz. Polska kolej, budowana za polskie pieniądze, mogłaby trafić pod kontrolę obcego podmiotu.
Zadajmy więc pytanie, przed którym rząd będzie uciekał. Dlaczego państwo pozbywa się kontroli nad dochodową, strategiczną spółką kolejową dokładnie wtedy, gdy przed Polską największe od dekad inwestycje torowe? Sprzedaje się rodzinne srebra w chwili, gdy są najwięcej warte, a uzyskane grosze i tak rozpłyną się w dziurawym budżecie.

Kolej to krwiobieg państwa. Kto kontroluje tory, ten kontroluje bezpieczeństwo i rozwój kraju na dekady.

Majątek narodowy nie jest prywatnym folwarkiem rządzących. To dorobek nas wszystkich, pokoleń Polaków.

Premierze Tusk, ręce precz od polskiej kolei. Powstrzymaj się, zanim będzie za późno.!

Today is a dark day for freedom and democracy in Europe. General chat surveillance has been implemented in Brussels. A disgrace.

The so-called Chat Control 1.0 cleared a crucial hurdle in the European Parliament today. This means platforms may once again be allowed to scan private messages, officially on a “voluntary” basis, but in practice this marks the return of indiscriminate monitoring of private communication.

What makes this especially bitter is that a majority of the MEPs who voted were reportedly against it. According to Patrick Breyer, 314 MEPs voted against the regulation, 276 voted in favor and 17 abstained. And yet the rejection failed because it was not enough to have a simple majority of those voting. An absolute majority of all MEPs would have been required.

That is the democratic scandal.

When a majority of those present votes against a proposal and it still passes because a formal threshold is not reached, it does not feel like democratic decision-making to many citizens. It feels like a procedural trick.

And it becomes even more problematic when you look at the context: Chat Control had already been rejected before. Yet the issue was put back on the agenda shortly before the summer break, through an urgent procedure, at a time when absences could become decisive.

This is not just some technical regulation. It goes to the very core of private communication. It is about whether digital messages remain fundamentally private or whether platforms may systematically scan content again, without concrete suspicion, without a court order and without any individual cause.

A free society must not turn private communication into a potential surveillance zone. Anyone who takes digital fundamental rights seriously cannot accept millions of innocent people being placed under general suspicion.

Today, a dangerous signal was sent: fundamental rights can be hollowed out through procedural logic, timing and political tricks. Not through an open, clear and honest majority, but through a system in which absence effectively helps the supporters.

This is a dark day for Europe.

Not because the fight is over, but because today showed how easily digital fundamental rights come under pressure when surveillance logic, symbolic politics and institutional tricks come together.

Anyone who wants a free internet, anyone who wants to protect private communication and anyone who takes democracy seriously should talk about this.

Share this issue. Inform yourself. Look at who voted how. And never forget: freedom rarely disappears all at once. It disappears step by step, often in technical details, often in complicated procedures and often exactly when too few people are watching.

3) The peace agreement from April 2022 was torn apart and the war took its destructive turn.
