He/she should have consulted with the prescriber.

@omollomulasse @Genesismwanzo1 Still will depend if you write a specific brand and a different brand of the same molecule it is possible to switch between brands....that is one of the example where prescription can be altered.

@georgediano First, you are asked to choose while attending ANC clinics your preferred hospital in preparation for delivery. Then there's health education on danger signs and what to do immediately you start getting the labor pains kwa clinic. Go to the right facility!! DON'T blame the HCW.
