Marching with my daughter today to say enough ✊🏻💚💜
What’s the message we’re sending our girls? Watch what you wear, where you go. What we should be saying is: violence, abuse, control, they’re never ok.
Violent, toxic male culture hurts our boys too. For all of them, enough.
We’ve seen an outpouring of frustration, anger and sadness across the nation this weekend.
Governments, businesses and everyone in society needs to do better to change our culture.
Sydney is hurting right now - it feels heavy in our city, like a deep sigh.
Creating space in Bondi Junction for people to gather is really important for our healing.
I also had the chance to catch up with our specialist disaster clinicians who are in Bondi Junction talking to people about how they’re feeling right now.
They are walking around in green vests from 8 AM - 6 PM every day.
It’s completely normal to feel anxious and distressed - for most people normal coping might look like talking to friends / family, nice distractions and a little bit of time.
If you need more dedicated support please know help is available by visiting our disaster clinicians, calling Life Line or Beyond Blue, or visiting a headspace if you’re a young person.

All those in the media who boosted #Lehrmann's account -- and they know who they are -- must be dying of shame. Justice Lee has absolutely shredded his character and his evidence, caling it 'risible', 'an elaborate fancy' and 'a litany of lies'.
What this case proves beyond reasonable doubt, is that we are yet to create a country that is safe for women, where they can speak out, where they are equal.
Much ❤️ to Brittany and Lisa.
Immense courage to speak out and fight against the onslaught. https://t.co/cRZDduATas
Yesterday, Bondi Junction was the scene of horrific violence – but also selfless courage and bravery.
Today this community has come together to mourn the victims of this devastating atrocity and offer its sympathy to those who have lost loved ones.
MPs including @tanya_plibersek, @LindaBurneyMP, @gedkearney, and @SallySitou wore yellow in parliament today to raise awareness for #endometriosis.

Unemployment is now lower than it's been for 6 months at 3.7% — and we've created more jobs than any first term government on record.
116,000 jobs created in February means 790,000 have been created since @AustralianLabor was elected 🙌
Today is National #CloseTheGapDay , raising awareness of the gap in health equality and life expectancy between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other Australians.

Last week members of Ku-ring-gai Labor joined members from across NSW at Parliament House.
We heard from Treasurer Daniel Mookhey about how Labor is delivering a fresh start for NSW and had the opportunity to talk with NSW Premier @ChrisMinnsMP and other MPs about local issues.
