I often think that if multiple universes do exist, there’s a version of me somewhere that’s still trapped in an unhealthy relationship and I feel sorry for her.

After my trip to Spain I’ll make a really good effort into FINALLY getting knitting in the round. Can’t decide if I want to attempt jacquard or brioche while I’m at it

The hardest part about knitting a lace cowl is that I won’t know how it ends up looking until I block it. So far it doesn’t look much like it’s supposed to and it’s giving me all sorts of anxious thoughts

Circular knitting is the bane of my existence

@Clauwdia76 I knitted a similar headband but with straight needles and just sew it together with a twist. I’m using the circular needles for a cowl. Oh well, you live and you learn I guess :)

Some days self love is skipping the gym and knitting with my mom while watching novelas

I believe this is the first time in my adult life I’ve lived without anxiety and I’m like is THIS the real life??

I’ve been 15 days on escitalopram (Lexapro) and I’m happy to report side effects are gone and I feel WONDERFUL. My mood is much more stable, no longer in permanent distress and anxiety eased down too

Escitalopram (Lexapro) is still kicking my butt. Permanent headache and dizziness. Ugh. Not looking forward to 10 more days of this
