opus5.0属于屡教不改，即使多次审查，去掉防御性了，文字（日文）也不自然

fable5.1 调教好了，基本就不会有这个问题，但有时候会过于激进（日文）

astra6 调好了其实会非常自然，尤其是有案列的情况下

以上全部基于日文，中文我觉得排名一样，但都没日文表现好

@gaocegege 小团队的好处是可以人治。利益分配也好，资源使用的决定，大家15分钟聊一下就能解决。

上规模了，比如20个人以上，新老都有，你是老板你也不能用人不疑，只能靠制度

I think it's backwards. Subagents hand back summaries, and summaries are where the evidence disappears: which leads got ruled out, what the tests actually showed.

Split work horizontally (Fable plans, Opus builds the whole thing, Fable reviews), not vertically (Fable as foreman over a crew reporting one-liners).

Don't make Fable your general contractor. Make it the architect and the site supervisor.

@kinocodesunen ある意味現在のbenchmarkでmodelを正しく評価できていない。Harness自身の発展速度も凄まじく、model自身の性能に大きく影響する。computer useだとpost trainにも組み込まれている
