@SouthwestAir I need some help. We are stuck in CUN - waiting for our direct flight 750 to MCI - the plane needs to arrive from MDW 218. We were told the delay was weather related but there’s no winter weather forecast for Kansas City or Chicago for days.

pay for private lounge access that has WiFi to sit and wait for 7 hours and keep track of flight status but SW agents won’t check our bags because it’s too early and the lounge is located past security. There is no customer service counter and the bagging agents cannot 3/4
