@British_Airways worst airline ever! No confirmation email and automatic chat advising me to log in and manage my booking, which requires a reference number from the confirmation email!! Charged me an additional £677 on top of the flight cost also. Impossible to contact as well
@UberEats@ubereats_uk is absolutely shite compared to deliveroo. Spent 15 minutes on the phone to a driver who couldn’t speak English and didn’t receive our £50 order. Now being told we won’t be refunded! Guy probably scranned my meal as well 😅 deliveroo only from now on!!

I am concerned about Rishi Sunak’s announcement regarding furlough. Hospitality/leisure was one of the first to close and will be one of the last to open. Operators simply can’t afford to contribute to wages whilst still closed. If he asks for this, it’ll create huge job losses.
