@BigMouthShea His last 4 GA are:
Pastrnak one timer
Too many men odd man rush
Rantanen slot shot
Breakaway goal against
Hard to pin any on of those on him. Could he fail in the final? Sure. But I don't agree that they are winning in spite of him, he's done his part.
@kuruscam@Gabbity They have close to 20M subscribers, 4.4k videos on their main channel, have had countless videos and clips become viral, and have had some of the biggest celebrities cameo on the show. If you truly have never heard of GMM but know who Rhett and Link are, that’s impressive.
@TeesTake@TorontoArgos The stadium won't be ready for the Argos to use right after the World Cup though. One of their displaced home games is in Hamilton on July 18th, clearly they will need a bit of time before the Argos return, as frustrating as that is for us fans, and for the team.
@TeesTake@TorontoArgos I mean there wasn't much the Argos could do here. The World Cup being in town was always going to make the 2026 schedule look rough.
@AllenWilson21@mike_e_kaye With all due respect to Mathis, he was at the bottom of the roster and unlikely to be a big contributor. Ickey’s appendectomy is a fluke injury that should only affect Week 1, so really the only impactful injury so far is Coker. Far from being “hit hard”.
@DevsFan82@FriedgeHNIC This is the last response I’ll give you, but just because two sexual assault cases end in the accused being not-guilty doesn’t mean they are the same. They are vastly different cases on so many levels.
@DevsFan82@FriedgeHNIC Lying about being raped when no sexual encounter took place at all, is vastly different than a case where it’s indisputable that sexual acts took place, but consent was in question. One was the legal system properly at work, the other was a complete fabrication from the start.
@DevsFan82@FriedgeHNIC I’m not disagreeing with the not guilty verdict, I’ve followed this case closely from the start. I’m simply stating it’s ridiculous to compare it to the Duke Lacrosse situation as they are drastically different cases.
@DevsFan82@FriedgeHNIC One was a complete fabrication with zero truth, the other could not be proven as sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt in court. If you can’t see the difference I don’t know what to tell you.
@Ben__Grant The all white I can get behind, the all Cambridge just has me wanting more.
Doesn’t apply to the Argos, but teams with no stripes on their pants with matching socks just doesn’t do it for me, but I may be in the minority as they have become increasingly more common.
@HFTVSports Habs have 11 locks to make the opening night lineup as is, Veleno is a safe bet to make the opening night roster, then you have Beck, Kapanen, Blais, and Roy competing for 2 roster spots. The team can be patient, since you don't want to rush a player just to fill a 12F spot.
Want to see the Argos take on the Ticats this Friday at BMO Field? We’re giving away two tickets courtesy of Something in the Water Brewing. To enter, just retweet this post. Winner will be picked Tuesday night. #Argos
@Rontzeeez It likely would, but I don't think it would necessarily be immediate. Matheson could be paired with either Hutson or Dobson in the short term, with Guhle partnered with the other, and a rotation of Xhekaj, Carrier, Struble on the 3rd pair.
@AdamWylde Sabres should be doing all they can to keep Dahlin and Power happy. They just acquired a 6’5 RHD who can move the puck, and has looked good when given more opportunity in Utah’s lineup. Maybe they could have got more, but Kesselring is a great piece.
