‘Can’t help you’.

I’ve learned today that they’re happy to take my money but not helpful to make my travel experience better. I’ve learned don’t book flights with BA.

I’m tall. I don’t want middle seat. It’s torture. I’m prepared to pay for more legroom. Next airline

2nd, not being able to select seats for my 2nd and 3rd flights of an almost 24 hour travel day. I was prepared and expected in to pay for an upgrade. Called the contact center to sort things out. Was told that the agent at the gate would be able to help me. Nah-uh.

I don’t post often. I watch and learn. Today I have a return flight from Europe to North America booked through British Airways. @British_Airways has been terrible to work with. First, not being able to check in online to my flight which was to depart at 7am local time.
