@DrakeVanEgdom @mikemorrison Most employee engagement surveys purport to include many different constructs/dimensions but I don't believe they're often verifiable through some CFA or other similar method. Ever hear of an employee engagement survey with validation evidence shown for it?

For example, I've factor analyzed employee engagement surveys before but the variability in responses is so low it makes it tough to get beyond one mega-construct. Don't see much written about validating this stuff.
