There are many paths to success as a PM, but one of the paths with very high expected value is to be the PM that leadership can entrust with solving any hard problem, no matter what the problem is.
@jessethanley@ryanseanbadger MOR acts just like a reseller. So the relationship between software provider and MOR is similar to a marketplace (eg Amazon) except the MOR isn't aggregating the buyers/ prospects for you. ie Vendor continues to acquire customers through their own site.
Work hack: schedule 25 and 55 minute calls. This way you can interrupt every conversation with, "I can go to the top of the hour if you can" AND have no time between zooms.

Still hard, but manageable, to focus on software & digital products exclusively. Allows us to do tax reporting & remittances, which Stripe could never.

@MjTheHunter@FelipeChamorro_ The basic premise here is that your merchant account (w/ stripe in this case) is based in the EU. You need a US MID to unlock the capabilities you mention, but that requires a physical presence, re-underwriting, etc. All processors have this limitation. This is why MoR’s exist.
