According to The @Nielsen Media Distributor Gauge, @YouTube is the #1 distributor in watch time across broadcast, cable and streaming in the U.S., with 13.2% of total TV viewing in March 2026.
My latest video on the changes @asha_shar is making at @Xbox is pulling 47% of watch time from TV. That is wild to me.
A few years ago, this kind of video would’ve been dominated by mobile at over 70%.
It says a lot about where YouTube is going. People are putting creators on the biggest screen in the house, sitting back, and watching like it’s prime time.
For gaming content especially, that feels...perfect.
