Someone had to take home the caterpillars over the long holiday weekend. Feeding and releasing was a must. In doing so we found out that people aren't the only ones interested in these beautiful creatures!
Our little experiment has taken on a whole new adventure. So we have moved on from merely observing the caterpillars eating and transforming into butterflies.

Second one to be released. The only pictures of it are in the habitat. It flew as soon as it was open. Fly away butterfly! We'll get pictures of the next one! We have a lot more to go!
