Okay, it's THE time. I have no choice but to speak up. I understand the frustration regarding ticketing setup, but we need to look at the full context.
Domestic ticketing platforms MUST prioritize domestic buyers due to strict government regulations and identity verification systems to prevent illegal scalping in Korea. On the flip side, Korean fans face similar restrictions when going to international tour stops—like Japan requiring local phone numbers/addresses, or North America/Europe using specific presale codes.
Have you guys actually read the recent news regarding the ticket scalping crisis in Korea? Do you even know how the government is responding, or how big of an issue Melon Ticket’s system loopholes were? The switch from Melon Ticket to NOL was partly an effort to protect Monbebe’s right to buy legitimate tickets.
The company isn't trying to discriminate against anyone. They are simply focusing on letting MONSTA X connect with fans in each respective continent and city according to local market rules. That's just how local concert markets operate.
Most importantly, the members didn’t even know about the split ticketing system beforehand. Attacking them directly on Bubble over corporate and legal ticketing structures crosses the line. Address your concerns to Starship, not to the artists who are just trying their best to perform for us. Stop taking it out on MONSTA X🛡️
❤️🔥Like I’ve said before, whenever something like this happens, I will ALWAYS stand by #MONSTAX and I will not stay quiet. Hope this is my last post on this topic.❤️🔥
