@VodafoneGhana I believe you guys need to check your systems because there are other Vodafone clients also complaining of the same thing

[salome @kusah]

@VodafoneGhana after complaining Vodafone comes back telling me the same thing that I used my data to browse.complete rubbish.

[salome @kusah]

@VodafoneGhana I am not the only customer complaining of such incidents.tjis is ridiculous

[salome @kusah]

@Askvodafonegh I did all tht all they told me was your system indicates I browsed with my data.obviously your system is flawed

[salome @kusah]

@VodafoneGhana refuse to refund or compensate me in any way.i don't think Vodafone U.K. Will treat their customers in this manner.

[salome @kusah]

@VodafoneGhana I called them and all they cld tell me was that I used my data to browse even after I had explained to them.

[salome @kusah]

@Vodafone Ghana By the end of the day even after using wifi for whatsapp only without internet browsing I was sent another alert of 90% use

[salome @kusah]

@VodafoneGhana Vodafone Gh I am so pissed right now.i bundled data and in less than 5mins without me browsing was sent an alert tht 50% used

[salome @kusah]

Other Vodafone customers complain of similar incidents as i complained to them.vodafon has refused to refund or compensate me in any way

[salome @kusah]

I do not believe that Vodafone U.K. Will treat their customers the way they do in Ghana.they still insist I used the data.
