@FlySWISS worst customer service. Agents are hanging up calls back to back by saying let me put you on a brief hold. No one is ready to help. This is my first experience with them. Lesson learned never flying with them. So unethical and unhelpful.

@koodo I just received my first bill and I called to understand the bill and the level of unprofessionalism I experienced with a koodo agent is beyond unbelievable. I was made to wait more than an hour and transferred to 3 different agents and ended up hunged

I am so disappointed on @etihad Bangalore team such a useless and unprofessional team. They literally avoid their work by hanging up calls every time by putting on hold without consent. They don’t even callback @EtihadHelp even after notifying them. #helpthemhelpushelpEtihad
@etihad@EtihadHelp This people took our passports for e-visa 3 hrs ago where they knew flight is delayed 15 hours ago. we can’t even go and accommodate to hotels until our next connecting flights in 24 hrs as there is no enough management. This is so irresponsible of them.

@pnbindia How would people stay safe where you as a company is Pain in ass. People go out for essential travel to buy stuff and use your services and money doesn’t come out from ATM and shows it’s deducted from Account and visiting branch for help you make clients go crazy and corner them.
