If these authorities are not taking action then CM is equally responsible. How many mails has been written but he fails to set the system responsive.

@dkcrpl Government and it's institutions like RERA, Noida, YIEDA have become totally defunct. No authorities sees flight of home buyers and this is despite many mails to these authorities against Suraksha ARC. These authorities are never bothered to reply the mails.

What about your charging exorbitant amount on NOC to resale flat by home buyers even though flat is registered in Jan 20 much before you were voted in. Now you are charging Rs. 14.37 lakh for resale. this is the way you are treating home buyers.

Now I wonder are these authorities even took notice of my complaint? Common Home buyers are left at the mercy of these vultures like Suraksha ARC.

Our judicial system is so heavily baised against common men that there is no hope for justice. Sleeping Gov and lengthy & costly judicial system forcing home buyers in corner. There is no hope for them
