@AmazonHelp It's clear from your own msg that the amount has not been received by the bank and infact deposited back. And yet you are holding my amount and not clearing the bill not refunding the money back
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN used your UPI for my credit card payment. it's been 4days the transaction has happened the bank has not received the amount. Each day the customer support team is just extending the days.I'll be charged because of late payment for no fault of mine #fraud
@AmazonHelp ordered a product from Amazon and I want to return it. But unable to, when called the agent said window is closed but i still see the option to return or replace. Which is misleading to the user, pls help. I have the call recording where agent was confused as well.
@amazonIN there was a ticket raised on April 14th regarding my order and the agents have agreed that this was the server issue but I don't see any resolution yet. I have all the emails and call recording I have had so far. Need this to be resolved asap
@AmazonHelp I'm asking the agent to tell which terms and conditions are not met and the response is see it for yourself. According to me everything is correct and still the response is no you haven't. Please Point out which terms are condition is not met.

@makemytripcare I have the call recording with your agents where they mentione yes this is an error. Yet no proper response regarding the call back and the extra amount which I was charged for you mistake
@makemytrip there is a bug in you application when navigate from @flipkart the last name validation is completely wrong. After which the airlines are rejected the ticket. No proper response from MMT it's been 3days and everyday they say I'll get a call back.
@MobiKwik users kindly don't get fooled by the supercash concept. They say u can use it in petrol bunks etc n though u have not applied any code, supercash gets credited thereby u will never be able to use the supercash. And they keep changing the TnC which is never intimated.
