Even after multiple follow-ups I have received no response or ETA yet. Just templatized messages. No one has reached put to me at all.

Hi @delhivery @help_delhivery ,
I sent out a parcel via Delhivery Express from Lucknow to Hyderabad. The parcel was picket up on 1 Aug and was supposed to be delivered latest by 4 Aug. But the parcel is still not delivered yet. I chose Express delivery because of the urgency

I am so frustrated with my experience that I am seriously considering to raise this in consumer forum and
not using Delhivery for any future Pickups and Delivery.

With Delhivery if you guys cannot even deliver it on time? I have raised multiple complaints and I am only getting a templatised response from your support team. There is no one I can talk to or chat with. This parcel needs to be delivered by today at all costs.
