My order was due on 21 July. No delivery attempt, no call, yet the status was marked "Customer Unavailable." It's 22 July and I still haven't received it. This delivery associate repeatedly delays deliveries. Please investigate. Order id: 171-4638391-8401932

Finally, it's time to switch from @JioCare @reliancejio to @airtelindia .

The network experience with Jio has been terrible. Even after multiple complaints, nothing was resolved—they simply ignored the issue.

I'm done wasting my money on poor service. Time to move on.
