@JioCare Are you guys dumb or what? I along with your service advisor have recharge several times but to no success. My fiber is linked to 2 numbers and we tried to recharge on both.Which number should I recharge? And I have not got a single call from your side. Which no. are you calling?

@JioCare @reliancejio just now experienced the most pathetic customer service where every call was dodged by their customer care executive. After waiting on long transfer calls, got no response, no wifi & not even my money back (which has been deducted twice)

@JioCare Your service advisor Mr Rishabh Goswami came and realised I was right.. There is technical problem with jio as 2 numbers are assigned to me.. Don’t give me basic instructions how to recharge.. He did it again and still no solution.. Call me and resolve the issue
