@cromaretail when I bought the TVs, I was sweet talked into believing that take the extended warranty and you dont need to worry about after sales service. One phone call and your problem is solved. Looks like a cheap gimmick now! Shud not have bought the 2 yrs extended warranty!
@cromaretail totally disappointed by your after sales service. We purchased a Samsung 55" Smart TV in Apr 2019, which now has half screen totally black. Made a complaint on the helpline on 7th Jul 2020 and till date, after daily follow-ups, your Customer Care has no clue!
@IndiGo6E pathetic service on 6E213. No point in pre-booking your meal since the staff is busy selling food onboard. And then you get a lame sorry for having missed it. This is not the way to earn money :(
Was on flight 6E-295 from Mangalore to Mumbai on 15-Dec 2018. The boarding was well managed, the staff so well behaved and destination time at Mumbai was 14.05 hrs. Imagine my surprise when I landed early and was at my Goregaon West residence at 14.10 hrs.. Thank you @IndiGo6E
@jetairways total fiasco at Coimbatore airport check in counters. Does not look like u have the right Calibre of staff Manning those counters. Every passenger 10 mins minimum!
@flyspicejet SG163 to Kochi. Looks like your airport maintenance staff is sleeping. I m 34C, and looks like 33C seat is going to remain inclined due to non-maintenace. The head rest is 11" from my face! Horrendous!!!
