@Allianz don't say again you take my complaint seriously when it's now 16 days since I submitted my pre-approval request for simple scans and minor removal of growth from where my MPNST tumours along with 4 ribs were removed
@Allianz through my agent I see alliance have just requested my history. Why can't someone open my files and review all my operation and recovery stages. Why do I, as a cancer patient need to do all the work for some lazy employee making their job easier when I pay v good money.
@Allianz I undertook a v severe MPNST cancer operation 1 year ago and I need CT scan and ultrasound to check and still NO response. If I have more cancer growth and it lays undetected because of Allianz non approval the guilt lays on their head. It's quite disgusting.
@Allianz on April 30 I submitted 2x pre approval forms and 16 days later have still not received any feedback. I received an email a week ago (after posting my complaint on X) to fill a feedback form, which I refused, as I had already done this many weeks ago & requested a call.
@Allianz just fed up with Allianz. I was with Aetna and they were amazing and am so sad Aetna sold to these rip-off insurance scammers. Even filled questionable and ticked the box for some from @Allianz to call me over 2 months ago.. still no call.

Dear @jakpost since changing your e- newspaper from PressReader to your own platform, it is so user unfriendly. Please review and improve urgently. It's extremely difficult to navigate,with a ridiculous number of actions needed to be able to read.
