Historical context is not justification. Presenting one side only as a victim while ignoring its actions in 1938–1939 is a double standard.

Why is my family who lived in Czechoslovakia and now live in Ukraine's Transcarpathia - expected to carry historical responsibility, while Poland is expected to carry none for its actions there? @Kaszmircztery4 @Geoanalytix @DranikiNeko Amazing how selective historical memory can be. In 1938, armed operations and sabotage took place in ZAKRP to help create a border with Hungary. Later, Hungary joined Nazi Germany, and your own country ultimately ended up partitioned. History doesn't begin where it's convenient.

Don't forget the violence and the lives lost including Ukrainians Slovaks and Czechs during that period. I'm always surprised by how easily some people choose to forget this history.
