Our booking cancelled
We booked directly on hotel website
Mr Escarrer and all customer service departments have not been human enough 14 hours later to message back or call back. It didn’t matter to him

Our hotel cancelled our booking whilst we were on the plane and said sorry, you can have a refund
We have no where to go and no one messaged back 13 hours later

@MeliaHotelsInt we always stay at Melia hotel and today we had a massive problem. We emailed the hotel manager, customer services and even the CEO

MELIA HAS LET DOWN ME AND MY CHILDREN IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AND NO INE HAD THE DECENCY TO HUMANITY TO GET BACK TO ME
