FIFA officials turning on Gianni Infantino. Now FIFA’s chief operating officer Kevin Lamour tells Graham Dunbar @AP that he feels staff were “deceived” by Infantino’s lack of openness over inviting venture capitalists to take stakes in the World Cup and staff “deserve better than contempt and intimidation”. Lamour adds via AP that, “It is the project of one person. Not only must this project not go ahead…but the time has now come for football political leaders to ask themselves the right questions and make the right decisions.”
