YOUR PAST
“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” - (Isaiah 43:18-19)
READ: 1 Chronicles 4:9-10
The past can be regarded as the mother of the present. Whatever you are going through today can be traced to the things that happened in the past. You might be going through some negative things now because of some of your past mistakes, but the good news is that the One who is called Alpha and Omega can clear out your negative past. He can wash off the mistakes of the past with His blood (1 John 1:7). This is why (2 Corinthians 5:17) says that if a man is in Christ, he is a new creature; old things have passed away, and behold, all things have become new.
No matter the events that have happened in your past, the moment you come to Jesus, He gives you a brand-new start. He enters into your past and rearranges everything to work for your good. God doesn't need a minute to travel into your past to correct anything. In Revelation 1:8, He says:
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
God is Alpha and Omega, and He can go back to the day of your naming ceremony, the day of your birth, or even the time before your birth to change things in your favour.
Some people have problems today because of the names they bear. Some of these people were given names to reflect the circumstances that surrounded them or their families at the time of their birth. For instance, if someone is named Esugbogo (meaning 'satan is glorified’ in the Yoruba language), such a person cannot blame satan for tormenting him or her because the fellow's name literally invites satan to glorify himself over the fellow. Such people have very little that they can do about the things that happened before their birth or how they were named, but there's someone who can go back to that time and change situations. God can go into your past to change things that don't fit into His plans and purposes for you.
Beloved, God holds the key to your past. Cry out to Him today to change anything in your past that is contrary to His purpose for your life, as Jabez did in today's Bible reading. I pray that my Father will remove every negative thing in your past that might be haunting your present and give you a brand-new beginning, in Jesus' name.
KEY POINT:
God can remove anything from your past that doesn't fit into His purpose for your life.

Isaiah 44-46
Open Heaven Devotional by Pastor E A Adeboye
Well… I trust someone gently warned Morocco. When Nigeria arrives quietly, it is often because we intend to leave with all the noise.
What happened tonight in Rabat was vintage Naija. Two goals down. A stadium roaring. But our @nigeriasuperfalcons ? They did not panic. They adjusted their wings.
Okoronkwo stepped up and converted the penalty with the composure of someone solving a constitutional crisis. Ijamilusi brought us level. Calm. Clinical. Confident. And just when Morocco thought the drama had peaked, Echegini delivered a set piece that felt like it was signed, sealed, and sent from Abuja.
Three goals. One comeback written with resolve. And a trophy that now tells its own story in green white green.
We play with fire in our feet and faith in our future. Because we may bend, but we never break.
And in case the world needs a reminder… Naija no dey carry last.
Congratulations @nigeriasuperfalcons 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 🇳🇬
MY FATHERS….MY FATHERS….!
One is 82 , the other is 82 with few months older.
They both still hold Crusades, harvesting Souls for Christ at 82!
They are both still not tired of Preaching the Gospel and raising an Army of Preachers and Pastors.
They are not Retiring yet , from the Mission Fields of Evangelical exploits.
Ah! When I look at these Giants of Faith of our time, and I look at myself now at 64, I am motivated to keep running the Race without looking left or right.
I am motivated to hold on to faith and pursue my Calling and Visions.
I will not be tired of the Heavenly Race.
At 82, crossing from towns to cities to mount rostrums and preach the gospel.
Ah-a! What a Strength!
My Fathers….My Fathers…!
You are just 82!
All your Visions you will fulfill before you go!
My Father Adeboye said God has shown him his house in Heaven, somebody was making jest of him and ridiculing him, saying he is telling Lies!
I seriously pity you!
May I break your heart more that many Children of God have had the privilege of having a glimpse of their houses in heaven ? You think it is strange to the Children of the Kingdom if Baba said God has shown him his house in Heaven? It is you that count it strange, not us.
The Devil has given some people the Works and Assignment of Cyber-bullying and abusing these Fathers of Faith. Continue, for everyone shall render account of his works before the Lord.
The World is rounding up!
Too many Signs indicating that everything is wrapping up and a New World is about to show up.
Jesus Christ is coming soon and all Signs are pointing to the imminent strange occurrence that would strike the whole world soon!
Children of God, sit up and get serious with your God and His Work.
Dont join the World to attack the Few Laborers on the Field of Missions.
My Fathers…My Fathers!
May the Lord God who help you this far
Help me too to go far.
May the Lord God who helped your humility, help me also to live my life in humility!
May the Lord God who established you in His Plan and Purpose establish me too.
MY FATHERS….MY FATHERS….!
Good Morning to you both!
Happy Easter in Arrears!
Merry Christmas in Advance!

Public officers must always bear in mind the cliche that power is transient. They have limited time to make their modest contributions & bow out for others to continue. No one can annex public office as a personal chattel. That’s why I recoil from the razzmatazz of public office
36 YEARS ALREADY.
We owe it all to God for preserving our love, peace, understanding, beauty and joy all through the years.
Thank God for us.
