@katefeetie Baggy clothes imo only look great in skinny people all over. Because even if ur upper body is skinny but u have wide hips and thick thighs, baggy clothes are gonna make u look fat.
@yrsacd The fact that it’s only america that uses it, not the rest of the world, shows that in fact the rest of the world is doing it right, not america

🐨 Aliens was difficult to write in Korean. I wrote a lot of in English at first. But the members found the pronunciation difficult and this song is about Korea too. And it really wasn't easy to switch back and forth between Korean and English and keep the flavor of the words. It took a long while.
He also said Taehyung did a great job and Jin’s voice was so beautiful🥹💜
🐨: Taehyung really worked well with the others, and from the very beginning he loved this song so much that he said, ‘We absolutely have to include this one”
🐨: Jin hyung’s voice here is also incredibly beautiful..
“The sun is setting, there are seven people walking into the fading sunset. Watching that sun — at the sea of 50,000 or 60,000 ARMY Bombs, and all of your faces…”
Into The Sun is truly a masterpiece😭😭
🐨: The last one is “Into The Sun”
🐨: The song was always great, but you really realize how amazing it is when it’s performed live.
🐨: I’ll probably be a few hours late again today, but honestly, all kinds of thoughts are going through my mind.
🐨: To me, a truly great song is one that can make you feel so many layered emotions — joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness all at once.
🐨: The sun is setting, there are seven people walking into the fading sunset. Watching that sun — at the sea of 50,000 or 60,000 ARMY Bombs, and all of your faces…And at that moment, the lights were shining onto the audience too, so we could see each and every face really clearly.
🐨: That slogan and this whole moment are honestly some of the things I look forward to most during concerts.
🐨 As I'm not a native English speaker, I worked with songwriters from the US because there were parts I wanted to make sure would work well. Body To Body was originally called Body On Body and it was very sexual. Sort of "I need some body on body", I think you get the idea. It was a sexual song and we could do a sexual song, why not, we're 30yrs old. But we also didn't want to do a song that was sexual for no reason. So we thought of Hand To Hand, the song by Koreana from 1988 Olympics, and we changed it to Body To Body. We wanted an anthem like that.
🐨 Hooligan is really, well, Jungkook and Hobi worked a lot on it and I think it must have come solely from between them. And I don't know why Jungkook came up with this keyword, "hooligan", but he also wrote the part that goes "watch this watch this beat going hooligan". And along with the songwriters who were there, he added lyrics. I did some slight edits as did many others too and that's how this song came to be.
🐨 This song [Hooligan] came out of Hobi and Jungkook's room at about a month and the company and Bang-PD all loved it so much that this song became the standard. A song like Hooligan, alt-hip-hop, but more powerful and more like a title track... this came out in late July / early August and we spent the rest of August trying to write a song that could surpass this song.
🐨 It was to that extent that Hobi and Jungkook accomplished a huge task along with those who were with them.
🐨 If I were to explain Arirang, it would be endless. And from that, Body To Body, the beat is good and the melody too, but the lyrics being sexual... I thought that it wasn't the song for us. Would it be good when our voices were added on it?
🐨 But the line "I need the whole stadium to jump" and Arirang and this idea of BTB, that we are all becoming one, and this is personally for me the most exciting highlight of the concert, when we do BTB together and we sing Arirang and we go back to "I need the whole stadium to jump".
🐨 And so we accepted Arirang but the return is something that we are emphatically asserted. And like that, anything that is decided is done this way. There's the artist and there's the company and it goes back and forth like this and we come to a decision. What the documentary showed were only fragments.
🐨 But yes, I think it came out well.
“I just want to say that I’m always grateful, and I truly love you.”😭💜
🐨: That’s why I deliberately take the time — even spending an hour like this — to talk to all of you. And I believe the fact that as many as 3.7 million of you came to watch this live means that this struggle of mine is meaningful.
🐨: It’s because you love us. And I hope this album helps you understand my decisions, my lyrics, and my inner self.
🐨: Anyway, I’ll stop here for now. We have another performance tomorrow, so I feel like I’m going to lose my voice. Thank you for watching. I’ll keep reminding myself what truly matters and what I’m doing.
🐨: I just want to say that I’m always grateful, and I truly love you.
🐨: I’ll be going now. Tomorrow is the last day. Bye.
