@BlizzardCS It’s not the game. The mobile app chat feature is having connection issues like it did back in January. I’m unable to connect as of yesterday. I’ve tried all the suggestions with no fix.
@BlizzardCS Yes I’ve tried everthing. Log in/out, uninstall/ reinstall, clear cache , change email, change tags, nothing is working. It was working 2 nights ago then woke up and it wasn’t working. Multiple tickets out with no help. Finally they told me to go to forms. It has to be a bug.

I’m having same issue. It was working 2 days ago until I logged out and when I logged back in to the mobile app it’s now just trying to connect and then times out. I’ve done everything it asks me- deleted cache/history, logged out/logged in, deleted app and reinstalled. Nothing. I tried it on my other 2 battle net mobile apps. As soon as I logged them out and tried to log in it had connection issues . There’s a bug
@BlizzardCS They keep sending me desktop help. I delete cache on phone, logged out and logged back in, deleted app and reinstalled, I did it all. Nothing . Ticket is in but this must be a bug.
@BlizzardCS Having trouble logging into the mobile app. It won’t connect. It was working but then logged out and logged back in and now it’s trying to connect but won’t. Tried the 3 other accounts, same thing happened as soon as I logged out of mobile app. Sent in tickets but no help.
