Are you diabetic? Don't sit after your meal. Walk for 10 minutes.
✅If you have diabetes, just 10-15 minutes of light-to-moderate walking after a meal can significantly reduce the post-meal blood glucose rise.
🔸Over time, regularly reducing these glucose spikes may improve overall glucose control and could potentially reduce medication requirements in some people, but don't reduce or stop diabetes medicines without your doctor's advice.
▶️And what if you don't have diabetes? You can benefit too.
🔸After eating, instead of immediately sitting or lying down:
✅Walk for 10 minutes
✅Or stand/move around if walking is not practical
🔸Even a few minutes of movement in the office is better than prolonged sitting.
Why does it work?
Contracting muscles take up glucose from the bloodstream, partly independent of insulin. This can reduce the post-meal glucose surge and may improve insulin sensitivity over time.
And there is a bonus:
🔸10 min after breakfast + 10 min after lunch + 10 min after dinner = 30 minutes of walking/day.
🔸That is about 210 minutes/week; already meeting the minimum aerobic activity target recommended for adults.
🔸It also adds to your daily step count and helps reduce sedentary time.
🔸You don't need a gym. Moreover, you don't need an hour at once.
✅Start with 10 minutes of small walks after your meals; three times a day, everyday.

The Science of Living Longer
Lifestyle habits backed by hard data on longevity.
You don’t need any supplement or biohacks. You need to move, sleep, and work smartly.
A thread.

10 lifestyle habits that can significantly reduce your future risk of heart attack
Years of exposure to high BP, abnormal cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, inactivity and unhealthy diet gradually damage the arteries, increasing the risk of heart attack. The good news is that much of this risk is modifiable.
10 things you can start doing today:
1️⃣ Don't smoke
🔸If you smoke, quitting is one of the most powerful things you can do for your heart.
🔸Avoid tobacco in all forms, including second-hand smoke.
2️⃣ Keep your BP under control
🔸Know your numbers. For most adults, <130/80 mmHg is a reasonable target when tolerated and appropriate.
🔸Don't wait until hypertension causes symptoms, as high BP often remains asymptomatic.
3️⃣ Keep LDL-C/ApoB low
✅The lower the lifetime exposure to atherogenic lipoproteins, the lower the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
🔸Know your LDL-C and consider ApoB and Lp(a) when appropriate.
4️⃣ Exercise regularly
Aim for at least 150–300 min/week of moderate aerobic activity (or 75–150 min vigorous activity) PLUS strength training ≥2 days/week.
Don't underestimate walking. Move more and sit less.
5️⃣ Maintain a healthy waistline
🔸Don't focus only on body weight or BMI.
🔸Excess visceral/abdominal fat is metabolically harmful.
🔸Keep your waist circumference under control.
6️⃣ Eat mostly minimally processed foods
🔸Build your diet around vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and other nutrient-dense foods.
🔸Choose healthy unsaturated fats and adequate protein.
🔸Limit ultra-processed foods, processed meat, refined carbohydrates, excess added sugar and trans fats.
7️⃣ Keep salt intake under control
Excess sodium raises BP in many people. Reduce highly salted/processed foods and aim for <5 g salt/day (~2 g sodium) where appropriate.
8️⃣ Sleep 7–9 hours
🔸Regularly sleeping too little or having untreated obstructive sleep apnea can adversely affect cardiovascular health.
🔸Prioritize sleep just as you prioritize exercise.
9️⃣ Avoid alcohol
There is no safe amount of alcohol.
🔟 Know your blood sugar and don't ignore diabetes
🔸Prevent or control type 2 diabetes through diet, exercise, weight management and appropriate medical treatment.
🔸HbA1c is a useful measure of long-term glucose control.
The bigger message
You don't need a perfect lifestyle.
Small, sustainable improvements maintained for decades can have a much bigger impact than short-lived extreme diets or exercise programs.

1. Encumbrance Certificate / EC -
Sub-Registrar Office.
VAO / Tahsildar Office.
Madras HC தெளிவா சொல்லியிருக்கு - "Patta is not a document of title. It is only for fiscal purpose".
Land Record.
VAO Office.
Revenue Record. Title-ஐ Prove பண்ணாது.
Final Proof?
Registered Sale Deed
Simple Formula:
Sale Deed = Owner
EC = சொத்து சுத்தமா இருக்கானு Check பண்ணும்
Patta/Chitta = Tax
2. Sale Deed Register
(Patta):
(Patta Transfer).
(Chitta):
(EC - Encumbrance Certificate):
(Ownership)
(Title deed).
(Parent Document):
(Double Document):
