People might say that the customer reps nor supervisors do not represent PLDT as a whole, and this is a one off issue. However, they are literally called representatives for a reason, to represent PLDT. @PLDT_Cares @pldt

And honestly, PLDT will not give a damn. Now, since I tagged them multiple times in my tweets, someone will sure contact me via DMs with a generic message to contact their customer service. @PLDT_Cares

Still, no callback. This is the first time that I had this much trouble from this company. Truly, customer satisfaction and providing good business and service is not their top priority. They do not understand the severity and of my issue @PLDT_Cares

Contacted PLDT at exactly 8 AM because of my ongoing bill dispute since May. When the agent can no longer assist me, I finally asked for a supervisor. I was told told that Mark will call me back at noon, since he has a lot of pending complaints, it’s past 6 PM now @PLDT_Cares
