Schools across the nation are celebrating Mental Health Month 2026 with joy, empathy and sensitivity.

During the first week, school students engaged in open communication and active listening, reinforcing that ‘every feeling matters’ and ‘seeking help is a sign of strength’.

The second week focused on healthy lifestyle habits, understanding and managing emotions, physical well-being and self-care.
