It wasn't until the fourth support agent that they had me connect the hose directly to the floor roller head that we figured out the wand is faulty.

Don't ever get a @SharkCleaning vacuum. My new Shark Apex is on the fritz, and support had me buy a $90 floor piece. THE PART THAT VACUUMS THE FLOOR is not covered under the 5-year warranty. They didn't have me troubleshoot the $29 wand, the actual faulty part. 🤬
