@NigeriaJFP @UNDP used an HP 11 Pro laptop today because the test did not work on my 2019 MacBook Pro previously. I successfully installed the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) and connected to a very strong internet network.
Despite all these steps

My CBT rescheduled for today (8 Dec, 1PM) still won’t open. Same error: “Failed to generate login token.”
Tried another laptop, SEB installed, strong network, still not working.
Issue not fixed even after reschedule.
Please assist urgently. Evidence attached.

Dear @CustomsNG

As you consider the subsequent batches (Batch B and Batch C), kindly also consider Batch A applicants and clear their doubts.

The majority of them reached the submission phase but could not submit due to technical issues at the cyber.

Some could not even access the site at all because of technical problems, and only a few were able to submit their exams.

Please take them into consideration as well.

@CustomsNG @CustomsNG pls Nigeria custom service should reschedule batch A… we were unable to submit.. the submit button wasn’t working… the site is totally down

Because phone is not showing all sections
But laptop is showing all sections required to fill before submitting
