Getting a lead while playing golf >>>
Went to view the house after playing 18. Seller wants out, doesn’t want to deal with any agents and willing to sell at a discount.
The connections you can make playing golf are unreal. 🔥
Don’t tie your value to your position, or the house you live or what kind of car you drive or even how fit you are etc…
All that can change in the blink of an eye
Anchor yourself to something that doesn’t change and that is your relationship with God
Before anything, You are a son of the most high
Stay out of the loop on purpose, let people hesitate to contact you, be in the world but not of it, focus on what actually matters and genuinely ignore the rest. If it's important it will find you, if not let it go elsewhere.
Claude’s Chrome extension has been an absolute game changer for my business.
I’m using it for things like:
-Data scrubbing
-Pulling comps in the background
-Deep market research before allocating marketing dollars into a county/ZIP
-Filtering through my CRM
-Organizing lists & tasks
-Qualifying and adding buyers across MLS, buyer databases, etc.
-Helping optimize our dispo process
Still just scratching the surface, but it’s already saving me a ridiculous amount of time. 🔥
Reminder that you can have it all. Reject the concept of permanent tradeoffs in pursuit of what you want
You might not have it all at once. But you knock things down one at a time until you’re treading water & then snap to a new target. Stacking chips
Millions liquid, jacked, loving family, impact on the world, village by the sea whatever. Can have it all even if you’re starting ten years in the hole
Fight the war on all fronts. You learn what you don’t want along the way. What’s overrated & what’s easier than you’ve been told
Only the loser decides what they’ll live without before even fighting for it
If you’re in your 20s, someday you’ll be 37 like me. So read this.
I just turned 37. In my twenties, I thought my life would be over at this point lol.
Ironically, I’m in the best shape, mental state, wealthier than I could of ever imagined, healthiest, and imo most attractive I’ve ever been in my life (before you roll your eyes, I was gross in my 20s… not hard lol).
I literally have everything I ever wanted. Including a wonderful wife.
But only because I sacrificed.
No one I know personally growing up went to the extremes I did to learn about health, self-development, social skills (which I had zero of). No one tried as hard or as long as me to get rich.
I’m not saying look at me, I’m special.
I’m saying I sacrificed a lot, took a lot of risk, and was very uncomfortable all the time.
And what I’m trying to convey to you is that the sacrifices you’re taking or considering taking are 500x worth it. You should sacrifice more actually, and do it with glee.
Go live in a $500-a-month apartment in Thailand and burn everything at the altar of your character arc.
I literally wish I had just done that at 20, trained Muay Thai and BJJ, and built harder. Big life regrets.
Anyways.
People (losers) will tell you you’re being crazy and missing out. Stop being money-focused. Stop trying, being so vain. Live a little.
They are wrong. Really fucking wrong. So unbelievably wrong that I would literally jump off a bridge if I had to switch lives with them and suffer the consequences of their life of no sacrifice.
You are missing zero. You will regret zero. Proudly go psycho monk mode and become as great as you can be.
You won’t regret missing getting drunk at the same bar 500 times with people you don’t even talk to at 40. You won’t regret missing the pointless dating. You won’t regret taking risk and failing.
You will deeeeeply regret at my age not sacrificing. You will start to see the decade of choices deeply and permanently in your and other men’s—you knows—lives.
And you will see this post is the truth.
After your twenties, the lifestyle, women, and all that shit you want will figure itself out and just come to you.
Hell, it’ll probably come to you in your early 20s and try to distract you because you’re building up so much power.
Keep sacrificing. It’s all completely worth it, and you’ll realize it’s actually the most fun part.
I work and sacrifice more now than I ever did… because it’s awesome pursuing the best possible potential for yourself personally.
Anyways, eat the shit. Skip everything. Picture your perfect character arc and light everything else on fire to get it.
And when you are at an age in the future that seems terrifying now, you will actually be enjoying the best times of your life.
Move fast, young man. You will be an old man who’s about to become an even older man soon.
3 contracts this week, all looking like solid 20k+ profit deals. Closing on a construction loan today for a duplex I’m building in Sunnyside.
Momentum is picking up💪🏻
Just connected with an individual who’s open to being a capital partner on my future development projects. Met him at a country club I’m a member of and scheduled a meeting at my office next week 🔥
Excited to see where this goes. He’s already actively building in the same market I’m building in and looking to acquire more land for his own projects, so there’s a lot of potential for us to create a win-win relationship.
Could be a major opportunity to scale if everything lines up. 🤝
Bro to bro- do not try entrepreneurship if you don't have a high tolerance for uncertainty. For long periods of time, you genuinely won’t know if you’re early, wrong, unlucky, or just stupid. You need to be cheap before you can afford not to be. Because raising money and burning it is easy. Building something people are willing to pay for is hard. You need high self esteem and a low ego and you've to be comfortable being wrong, looking stupid and changing your mind. Most importantly, learn how to lose without becoming a loser. Because you’re going to lose a lot- money, people, deals & time. Just don’t lose your ability to think clearly. And btw, don’t go looking for motivation. It is useless after a while. What you really need is stamina. Both physical & mental.
The more successful someone is, the smaller the ego usually is.
When I meet people who gloat and flex, their business is often a mess.
Getting big requires so much failure that your ego is mostly dead by the time you arrive.
Some people can’t handle the blessing on your life. Don’t let it bother you. It’s not you that’s offending them; it’s the blessing on your life. It’s what God put on you. You can’t stop that, and the good news is, they can’t stop it. You stay in peace and God will take care of the opposition.
