DeepSeek has released an experimental multimodal version of its V4 Flash model that can analyze images, screenshots and visual prompts while preserving its text, reasoning and agent capabilities.

DeepSeek says V4-Flash-Vision-Exp performs close to Anthropic’s Opus 4.8 on multimodal agentic benchmarks.

The model is available through DeepSeek’s API.

$NVDA is reportedly offering financial backstops to smaller GPU cloud providers in exchange for a cut of their cloud revenue, per The Information.

Nvidia guarantees it will rent unused GPU capacity if customers can’t fill it, helping neoclouds finance GPU purchases and data centers.

The program is reportedly called the AI Compute Partnership internally.

Nvidia previously agreed to buy CoreWeave’s unsold capacity through 2032, worth $6.3B at the time, and has since guaranteed another $3.5B tied to customer data-center leases.
