निशा शर्मा को मीडिया ने रातों-रात पूरे भारत में हीरो बना दिया था जिसने दहेज लोभी पति को दरवाजे से वापस लौटा दिया था!

हर चैनल पर मेहंदी लगाकर चुनरी ओढ़ कर निशा शर्मा इंटरव्यू देती थी उसके दरवाजे पर मीडिया के सैकड़ों ओ बी वैन खड़े रहते थे!

इस केस में जिस लड़के से निशा शर्मा की शादी तय हुई थी उसके और उसके पूरे परिवार की जिंदगी बर्बाद हो गई, लड़के की नौकरी छूट गयी, 1 साल जेल में रहा फिर 8 साल वह कोर्ट कचहरी के धक्के खाता रहा, लड़के की माँ सरकारी नौकरी में थी वह भी जेल जाने से सस्पेंड हो गई और लड़के के पिता की हार्ट अटैक से निधन हो गया।

दरअसल निशा शर्मा ने अपने बॉयफ्रेंड से शादी करने के लिए यह पूरा ड्रामा रचा था।

कोर्ट ने भी अपने आदेश में यही कहा कि, निशा शर्मा ने जान-बूझकर यह नौटंकी की थी लेकिन, कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि वह मजबूर है कि, वह निशा शर्मा के खिलाफ कोई कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं कर सकते और उन्होंने उस लड़के के पूरे परिवार को बाइज्जत बरी कर दिया।

लेकिन, सोचिए दिल्ली से गाजियाबाद जाकर 8 साल तक मुकदमा लड़ना, अपने पिता का दाह संस्कार करना उस लड़के के लिए कितना मुश्किल रहा होगा?

खैर निशा शर्मा को कुदरत ने ही सजा दी, उसकी सगी भाभी मनीषा शर्मा ने अपने पूरे ससुराल वालों पर दहेज उत्पीड़न का केस किया और उस केस में अब निशा शर्मा और उसका पूरा परिवार जेल में है।

कुदरत ने उस लड़के को न्याय तो दिया लेकिन, 13 साल के बाद दिया ये कानूनी हिंसा है।
