@myspinny , @niraj001s , @nch1915 we tried selling our car on spinny. The price was accepted and we submitted all documents and were supposed handover the vehicle on Saturday. (30.05.26). When we followed up for handing over,the executive said the price is changed to 4.87 lakhs
@SpinnyCare You accept a price and confirm us after inspecting the car and submitting the documents. At the time of handover you reduce the price by 1 lakh and you force us to accept the reduced price. Is that what you meant by fair and transparent? @niraj001s@nch1915
They claim that spinny offers the price and upon accepting the price by the customer, upon handing over, they generally reduce the price by 13%. All voice recording are available for investigation. Hope @niraj001s will look into this and take appropriate action
I have to file RTI and see if they have taken any action. But no officer cares about the health of passengers when IRCTC supplied rotten food.
Request you to kindly intervene and do the needful.

@RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial : I had complained about the rotten food that was supplied by IRCTC Food Plaza Platform 1 at Vijayawada Railway Station on 01.Apr.2026.
Within few minutes I got a call and they said they will check the food and refund the money. We had stomach upset
and later when we followed, they said they have escalated and look into it. Now when I said I havenβt got any update, the Secunderabad Division person asked me to file RTI and closed the complaint.
This shows the negligence of IRCTC and even after me and my family suffered,
May I request @olacabs and @bhash not to fool the customers if you cannot serve them. I am glad and thankful to @chennaicorp authorities (SI sir and team from Airport Police Station)who were very swift in responding while you were trying to fool your customers.

This shows how Ola takes its customerβs complaints..Though the authorities have acted on it swiftly ensuring the safety of the people, looks like Ola is least bothered

Even after the authorities acting swiftly on the complaint, I am surprised that @Ola and @bhash has not taken any action and seems okay with the behaviour of the drivers.
There were senior citizens, people with kids who had no other option other than bargaining with the drivers for the extra cash that they have to pay.
Finally I had booked uber and reached home.
Pathetic service and demand from Ola. Iβm Never going with Ola anymore.
I had literally wasted 1 hr time on the midnight because of Ola. It was surprising for me as most of the drivers in Ola are doing the same thing stating Ola charges somewhere between 300 -400 if itβs a airport pick up and hence drivers are demanding extra from the customers. 4/5
