@boltedsage77 Most kids who have had to deal with trauma dont tell you what happened to them - but they will show you in their behaviours. A lot of the time those behaviours may not make sense to us, but these will have been how the children learnt to stay safe.

@olsonplanner Money isnt the be all and end all. For some of us there is more reward in finessing skills, being able to help / support others appropriately, enjoying the satisfaction of a job well done etc.
@TheParty1sOver I was at an all girls boarding school 1970's. My mother had given me a book to read when I went aged 11. Found one of my dorm mates crying in the toilet thinking she was dying because she knew nothing about periods etc aged 13. At least I was able to explain to her what it was.

Hope all the @smrac1 / @SMRAC_Throws athletes who are competing at @SEAACompetition over this coming weekend have a successful competition. Hopefully the work put in will bring success - a new PB. a medal or a performance that you are happy with - run, jump or throw as best u can
@SMRAC_Throws I am so proud of all the athletes I help to coach. Every one that I work with at @smrac1 that went to Counties (Middlesex or Sussex) came back with at least 1 medal and, more importantly, improved their PBs across the throws.
