It was Xfinity that requested this fee to send the router to us. They could not install at my mother in law's apt. and now they can't refund us the $25 fee? I just don't get it.

The Xfinity Store on Homestead in Cupertino is really bad. Worst customer service ever. Went to cancel my mother in law's account and was told that we were 'phished' $25.00 on our pre-payment and we could not get this refunded. This was required to start the service. ???

Xfinity customer service phone and chat must have the dumbest AI. I keep getting the runaround, going no where. I'm trying to set up an login for my parent's internet account for the past 30 minutes and I can't get into the cue to speak with an actual agent. Very frustrating.
