@Marie28002475 @Marktheliverdoc And why do you think they are “awaiting meds from pharmacy”? Too often discharge medications are prescribed in a matter which is unsafe and written incorrectly in the first place. From my experience, the dispensing and checking process usually isn’t the issue.
