@bt_uk I have spoken to many people. Had many engineers out and one even told me that we would struggle to get fibre since to upgrade our area would mean closing a road down. So my neighbour behind me can have it but I can't, the service isn't reliable at all and I can't leave.

@bt_uk imagine keeping an unhappy customer hostage with contract charges when the service provided isn't within that contract. I've been on copper for 10 years yet the house behind me has 1GB fibre.. reliable, nope. Guaranteed speed, nope. Can I leave then.. NOPE
