Hyperliquid is a high-performance blockchain built for trading. It runs a transparent, open order book for perpetual futures and spot markets, processing massive volume with no traditional intermediaries.

Constellation is a feeless Layer 0 network designed for data. Projects and companies build their own metagraphs on top of it. The Hypergraph connects them and validates complex data types at scale.

DeFi volume is not where it was. DEX activity sits well below what it was last year $1.37T vs today $307B.

The speculative cycle that carried pure trading protocols is fading.

The entire industry is moving toward regulated, KYC-compliant rails. Anonymous hopium is being replaced by systems that can actually clear compliance and enterprise requirements.

Constellation should be viewed as a different company now. It was acquired by AIAI Holdings. The old pure-crypto narrative no longer applies.

People will still point to low adoption. That misses the shift. The parent company is already shipping real products: Gate AI with a published benchmark, Arca for cross-border payments and Dôr Retail Intelligence now integrating Transformational AI across thousands of stores.

True. Constellation discussed deflationary mechanisms and token burns as early as 2019.

The network simply was not in a position to implement them in a meaningful way. That position is changing.

The comparison is not about matching Hyperliquid’s trading volume.

It is about what happens when a data network with live enterprise products sits inside a public holding company that actually deploys them.
