@Delta no apologies for the delay, no sympathy at all. No recognition of the fact that I will need to spend my entire night at the airport sleeping on the filthy floor. Weather may not be your fault but the way your team reacted to the situation has lost you a customer for life.

@Delta Arriving at 3:30AM to a connecting airport due to rescheduled flights and a 5 hour layover. When inquiring if any help would be offered upon arrival, your agent said "you can sleep on the floor at the airport." Outstanding customer service for stranded customers.
