In this News Brief, "Why US Media Has Evoked Israel's "Right to Exist" 1,001 Times vs Only 6 For Palestine," we examine the phrase "right to exist," why it only applies to Israel, what role it serves and why Palestinians are never said to have such a right https://t.co/gR3TIIwQLJ
In 2010, THE SIMPSONS asked the mysterious political artist Banksy to create the opening.
Fox hated it so much they were going to cancel the episode. Creator Matt Groening insisted they air it without one cut.
It's really dark!

Israeli settlers armed with clubs, rocks and knives attacked a convoy of journalists in the occupied West Bank on Saturday. Jasper Nathaniel (@infinite_jaz), a reporter who was in one of the vehicles, explains what happened.
🎥 “The second the occupation ceases to exist is the second that the need to resist ceases to exist.”
Asked by Rep. Ro Khanna to weigh in after his exchange with Jeremy Scahill over Palestinians’ right to armed resistance, Drop Site’s Maysa Mustafa, a Palestinian American, said Palestinians are denied the ability to defend themselves against Israeli soldiers and settlers, while the violence of Israel’s occupation is ever-present and unavoidable.
“Armed resistance doesn’t exist just because these are violent people,” Mustafa said. “We’ve tried the UN. We’ve tried the Oslo Accords. We’ve tried everything.”

Today, I published this article in the Jerusalem Post because I refuse to accept that the death of an innocent humanitarian aid driver should pass without accountability.
Ahmad Slim was a husband, a father of two, and a civilian delivering food—not a combatant.
If we demand justice for innocent Israelis, we must also demand justice for innocent Palestinians. Human dignity cannot depend on nationality.
Every failure to investigate an unnecessary civilian death strengthens extremism and weakens those of us fighting for peace, democracy, and coexistence.
Justice is not a concession. Transparency is not weakness. They are the foundations of security and the only path toward a different future.
Read my article:
"Ahmad Slim's death demands justice, transparency in Gaza."
We are literally watching the last remnants of Gaza City disappear before our eyes.
How can an entire city be erased piece by piece while the world simply watches?
Every day brings more destruction. Buildings that survived months of war are now being destroyed one after another. With every airstrike, another street disappears, another home is reduced to rubble, and another part of our city is gone forever.
Gaza is no longer the city it once was. Most hospitals are out of service. Schools have become shelters. Entire neighborhoods have turned into endless tent camps. There is no electricity, no clean water, no jobs, no education, and almost no services left.
The infrastructure has collapsed. Roads are shattered. Garbage fills the streets. Sewage flows between the tents. Rats and insects are everywhere. There is no fuel, no transportation, not even firewood, while construction materials are still banned from entering.
The humanitarian aid that kept thousands of families alive has all but disappeared. Hunger grows worse every day. Disease spreads. Parents spend hours searching for food or water, often returning with nothing.
And somehow, the world watches all of this as if it were normal.
How can an entire city collapse in front of millions of people, and still be abandoned?
We are not just losing buildings. We are losing Gaza itself its streets, its neighborhoods, its history, and the lives of the people who call it home while a world that sees everything chooses to do nothing.
Former Councilmember Robert Gallegos blasts GOP members of Houston City Council for not publicly demanding an independent investigation into the fatal ICE shooting. "Shame on y'all."
Far right thug Tommy Robinson was one of the highest profile Twitter accounts who pushed this video, falsely accusing this innocent brown British man of filming children in a park and now making him fear for his life.
Any comment @elonmusk? Are you ok with this?
Hello sir or madam,
I'm following up about the presidential pardon I purchased from your corporation a few months ago. Could you politely send me the tracking number of the pardon so I may track it with FedEx?
Kind regards.
Today, I sued the Heritage Foundation, Stephen Miller, a Columbia affiliate, and others under the KKK Act. I will not stop fighting until everyone who willingly contributed to my missing the birth of my son—and 104 days of my life—answers for it. More actions will come soon.
But this lawsuit is about far more than what was done to me. It is about a coordinated, ongoing plot to punish, silence, and intimidate everyone who dares to dissent and speak out for Palestinian liberation. We will hold them accountable.
Three years ago I sued @PatrickByrne for lying about me. He claimed that I took a bribe and committed treason. He implied I was in some part responsible for the Hamas attack of October 7th.
His lies caused real damage and endangered my family.
On Friday I was awarded $1.7M in punitive damages by a Reagan-appointed federal judge. The court determined that everything he said about me was a complete fiction.
For those of you who don’t know Patrick Byrne, he is the former Overstock CEO who lost control of his company when it became public he was sleeping with convicted Russian agent Maria Butina. He is the man who was in the Oval Office with Michael Flynn and Sidney Powell leading up to the January 6th insurrection.
He is a clownish footnote in history. But his lies travel far and wide. He is a fraud who did the bidding of Donald Trump and Steve Bannon.
This isn’t the first defamation case brought against Byrne, and it won’t be the last. Even after losing, he is still doing it.
He continues to tell his audience he has “three dynamite voicemails” and a former federal agent whose testimony confirms his story. Byrne had three years to bring that evidence to court. He never produced it. The voicemails he did produce, the court found, “do not mention a bribe, implicate contemporaneous involvement in any illegal scheme by Plaintiff, or otherwise independently corroborate Defendant’s story.” The former federal agent Byrne relied on, John Moynihan, gave sworn testimony that contradicted him. The FBI agent Byrne claimed had backed him up denied it under oath.
Those are not my findings. Those are the findings of a federal court. And nothing prevents Byrne from releasing the voicemails he keeps promising his audience. He never has, because the court has already listened to what he produced and found they prove nothing.
Patrick will try not pay this judgment. He didn’t pay the $34,969 the court ordered six months ago either. His strategy is delay. Fire the lawyer. Skip the hearing. File nonsense with courts that have already ruled. Repeat the lie on Alex Jones while the clock runs.
He is not a whistleblower or a spy. He is a man who got played by a Russian intelligence asset, lost his company over it, and has been performing a spy fantasy on the internet ever since.
He is a coward who wouldn’t even show up in court to face me. He is hiding in Dubai, where he fled during my case to avoid being deposed, and told the court a story about a Venezuelan hit squad to explain it.
He will run from this judgment the same way he ran from my trial. Fine. Every defamatory statement is a new lawsuit. I have as much time as he has words.
