@nxwestmidlands can you tell me how I managed to get charged £8.00 for 2 bus journeys on Sat?! 2,00 for one & £6.00 for the other. I asked for singles BOTH times. (Made worse as it was to replace train journey due to massive delays- incident at B’ham).How do I get my £4.00 back?
@WestMidRailway yet again the 9:27 train leaving Dudley Port just as it hits 9:26 - that min or two can make a difference to someone missing/catching a train!!

@nxwestmidlands No point, I’ve done that before and got some poor response back a ridiculous time later. Just think it’s a joke with the whole push to use public transport - can certainly say around B’ham & Dudley it’s quite poor & unreliable.

@Printerpix can you refund my £3.99 for the extra that I never got. Sent you an email which you obviously didn't read as sent me a generic reply, was on the phone for 12mins & didn't get to speak to anyone. Disgusting customer service!!
