@British_Airways Two years into this pandemic and it seems you're *still* unable to properly service your clients; impossible to phone and correct bookings, no response to direct messages on twitter. Other airlines have managed to get it together. Do better.

I wrote the tweet above in Dec 2019. It is now Dec 2020 and guess what, no wifi service AGAIN from @VodafoneGhana. Will be required to work from home from 12/23. Disabling wifi at Christmas is beginning to look like some kind of yearly process in Ghana for @VodafoneGroup

Was in Ghana over Xmas & had no internet service from 24 Dec to 31st Dec. Either @VodafoneGhana is grossly incompetent or it doesn't believe its African customers deserve a decent service. This would never happen to European customers. #Vodafonedown @VodafoneGroup #TwoTierService

Dear @BootsUK can you please explain how you have an online ordering process which does not allow you to cancel or amend an order? I made an order, realised I'd put the wrong delivery date but no option to make a change literally 5 mins later. You need new software!

@British_Airways Dear @British_Airways I am still waiting for my refund, still waiting for my flight to be ticketed, still waiting to be able to book the seat I have paid for and my flight is less than 2 weeks away. Atrocious service
